From the time that I, as a young man, had my first ground breaking, standing on a grassy knoll overlooking a seventy five acre job site, and saw a half-dozen bulldozers moving the earth, I knew that my two years of work had been worth it.
We were creating jobs, adding to municipal coffers and building the economy.
A year later, people moved in, registers rang and a piece of the world had been transformed for the better. We still feel the same way today.

Streams Development is renovating an existing storage facility in Anderson, SC and plans to build 562 units. The project will be the first of many changes coming to the East side of Anderson and we are excited to be a part of it.
This project is a ground-up development of 661 climate controlled storage-units in Greenville, SC. It will be one of the first new developments within the Augusta Road Corridor Strategic Plan area of Greenville County.
